- Do not take any blood thinners for at least 1 week prior to a procedure. These include but are not limited to: aspirin, ibuprofen, Alleve, Excedrine, Motrin, or Vitamin E.
- Do not have a procedure if you are pregnant.
- Do not engage in any strenuous exercise on the same day after a procedure. Relax!
